How Your Bike Will Arrive

All our cycles are removed from the original packaging.
They are then fully serviced in our workshop and any extras you have purchased for your cycle will be fitted at this point.
The bicycle is then re-boxed and sent to you.
When the bike arrives, you may need to re-fit the front wheel, fit the pedals and tighten the handlebars.
Our own detailed instruction booklet comes with every bike for this purpose.
We will supply you with a pedal spanner and allen key tool free of charge if needed.
(some smaller children's bikes may come with different tools)
